Lotte Hotel Seoul has been voted “Best Individual Hotel in Asia” in 2008 by the Global Traveler USA magazine. The title, awarded three years in a row since 2006, is highly significant that the hotel was voted ahead of InterContinental Hong Kong, InterContinental Bangkok, Park Hyatt Tokyo, The Peninsula Hong Kong, and other premier hotels. The result of Global Traveler’s extensive survey, announced on December 1, has been published in the December magazine issue and posted on the website.

Global Traveler, a business and travel magazine, is the publication of choice among seasoned high-end business travelers. It has a circulation of more than 100,000 in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, based on ABC. Every year, Global Traveler conducts a survey of its readers from February to August for the best in business and luxury travel, including airlines, tourism industry, and airport facilities. The best hotels are decided by valid sample number of more than 30,000 votes.
